| Assist all Texas State and non-Texas State persons with the issuance of parking permits and/or payment for citations, assist individuals with general parking information. Reconcile individual cashier drawers at the end of the shift. | |

| THIS POSITION IS LOCATED AT THE ROUND ROCK HIGHER EDUCATION CENTER. Must have a valid Texas driver's license and be a driver in good standing with less than ten (10) points deducted for driving infractions as determined by the Texas State University driving standards system. A driving record check will be performed on the selected applicant. Employment with Texas State University-San Marcos is contingent upon the outcome of a criminal history background check. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO ELECTRONICALLY ATTACH A RESUME TO YOUR APPLICATION. A skills test may be required. Texas State University-San Marcos is a member of the Texas State University System. | Knowledge of: -Office administration processes and equipment Skill in: -writing grammatcally correct correspondence Ability to: -read and understand, interpret and/or retain information -perform basic math -interact courteously with others -communicate with others and/or explain regulations or procedures -type a minimum 35 WPM | |
| -Some college work experience -Knowledge of University traffic and parking regulations -Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs -Knowledge of the Internet -Ability to perform duties under adverse conditions such as, deal with upset customers -Skill in balancing cash drawer | |
