Please Review the steps below, before attempting to RSVP

To be eligible to attend a New Student Orientation (NSO) session at the RRHEC, undergraduate transfer students must have completed the first two steps below prior to submitting the RSVP for NSO.

Step 1: Verify Acceptance from Undergraduate Admissions

Online Application Status Check: www.admissions.txstate.edu/asc  
(If denied, contact Kristi Rickman at LR18@txstate.edu for appointment)

Step 2: Consult with Academic Advisor at the RRHEC after you are accepted

Schedule appointment with one of the Academic Advisors at the Round Rock Center as soon as you learn your admission decision (512-716-4001 front desk). (If you have met with an advisor previously be sure to bring those advising documents to your meeting).

• Contact Sheresa Edgington at SE14@txstate.edu (512-716-4034) if you are an Interdisciplinary Studies in Early Childhood – Fourth Grade Generalist major
• Contact the One Stop Center (512-716-4001) to determine the advisor that you will need to schedule and appointment with if you are interested in pursuing any of the other degrees offered at the RRHEC. http://www.rrhec.txstate.edu/about/programs/bachelors.html

Step 3: RSVP for New Student Orientation (NSO)

If it was determined that you are eligible to start the Texas State curriculum; then you will need to RSVP to attend (NSO) here by clicking on the RSVP button below. NSO includes information on RRHEC policies, practices and procedure. RRHEC staff will guide you through the entire registration process and personally assist you with:

• Establishing your Texas State login
• Registering for classes
• Completing the payment process
• Purchasing a parking permit
• Ordering Textbooks online
• Taking picture for your ID card

The NSO’s at the RRHEC are always held in the evenings to accommodate our working adults. The fall date is July 30th from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. 

IMPORTANT information for Students accepted for FALL!!!

Attendance on July 30th is required for any Undergraduate Transfer student who is accepted and determined eligible to start by the advisor for Fall 2008.
