Bryan Dubreuiel Showcase

Nov 07, 8:00AM - Nov 07, 2:00PM
The RRHEC is proud to host the artwork of Bryan Dubreuiel. Artwork will be on display on the 4th floor, south west wall beginning August 31, 2009. About the artist: Bryan Dubreuiel's art is the product of "painting out of pure drive and passion." Mr. Dubreuiel's artwork has been categorized as Passionism, featuring vivid colors and bold lines: "I love the abstract world and expressing my imagination through it fulfills my every dream." His primary choice for his artwork is acrylic but he is "very fond of using pastels, chalks, oils and watercolors alike." A major surgery in 2005 left him partially paralyzed on his right side, only fueling his passion further despite finding it more difficult to hold a paint brush. Mr. Dubreuiel is a retired veteran of the US Navy and has found his disability focusing, saying "My disability only inspires me to concentrate more, put more feeling and time into each piece I complete." An avid supporter of childhood cancer research, he has worked with the Children's Cancer Fund and the National Children's Leukemia Foundation. He just recently moved here and will continue to support or help research to fight Children's Cancer. Prints of Mr. Dubreuiel's work are available online at http://bryan-dubreuiel.fineartamerica.com.

Bryan Dubreuiel Showcase

Nov 21, 8:00AM - Nov 21, 2:00PM
